In honor of military men and women who have valiantly served our great nation, a Veterans Memorial Garden will commemorate their legacy at Trustbridge’s C.W. Gerstenberg Hospice Center located at 5300 East Avenue, West Palm Beach.
Trustbridge has committed to serve our communities veterans and their families with great compassion and care at end of life for more than 40 years.
You can make a gift in honor or memory of a Veteran, which will serve to recognize their service with a lasting tribute.
