Regional Offices

I-95 to 45th Street. East on 45th Street to Australian Avenue. Then, North (left) onto Australian. Next, turn onto the second street on the right after crossing the railroad tracks (48th Street). Go to the end and turn left onto East Avenue. The Gerstenberg Hospice Center is the two-story white building on the right.

From I-95: exit at 45th Street and go west. Then, turn right onto Northpoint Blvd. At the stop sign, turn left onto Northpoint Parkway. Next, take your second left into the parking lot of our building. Suite 301 is facing 45th Street.

From I-95: exit at 45th Street and go West. Then, turn right onto Northpoint Blvd. At the stop sign, turn left onto Northpoint Parkway. Next, take your second left into the parking lot of our building. Suite 305 is at the northwest corner of the building.

From I-95: exit at 45th Street and go West. Then, turn right onto Northpoint Blvd. At the stop sign, turn left onto Northpoint Parkway. Next, take your second left into the parking lot of our building. Suite 304 is at the northwest corner of the building.

I-95, exit Southern Blvd. west. Southern Blvd. turns into Route 80. Make a left at the courthouse, pass Avenue L, cross over a canal. Make a left at Martin Luther King Road. Go 2 blocks and make a left at SE 2nd Street. The Belle Glade office is the beige building with a blue roof on the right.

From I-95, exit at Woolbright Rd. west, go south on Congress Ave., turn right into office park past Walgreens, on the west side of Congress.

From I-95, exit West Palmetto Park Road in Boca Raton. The building is East of I-95 on the North side of West Palmetto Park Road.

From I-95, go west (turn right) at the Cypress Creek Rd. exit. Make a left at 2nd light (NW 62nd St.). Turn left into the parking lot.

From I-95, exit SW 10th Street and go west. Turn Right onto South Military Trail (first light). Take the Second Right into the Deerfield Corporate Park – Go straight and our office is the second one to the end on the left hand side.
