Kristine Stovall

President

Kristine Stovall currently serves as President of Trustbridge. She started her career at Trustbridge in March 2025 as Vice President of Mission Advancement.

She brings more than a decade of experience in healthcare operations, leading teams to achieve Joint Commission accreditation, strong AHCA survey results, improved quality star ratings, and deeper community relationships. Known for her commitment to exceptional care and unmatched customer service, Kristine advances mission-driven work through operational excellence and team leadership.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she was a scholarship athlete and captain of the women’s basketball team, and an MBA from Strayer University’s Jack Welch Management Institute, graduating with Welch Honors.

Ekta Solanki

Medical Director

Dr. Ekta Solanki is the current Medical Director at Trustbridge in West Palm Beach, FL, where she provides leadership and clinical expertise in hospice and palliative care. She has been with Trustbridge since 2017, first as a Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellow, then Associate Medical Director. In her current role, she oversees medical operations, ensures high-quality patient care, and drives strategic initiatives for the organization. Dr. Solanki is board-certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine and Internal Medicine. She completed a Hospice and Palliative Care Fellowship at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in 2018, following her Internal Medicine Residency at the same institution. Her professional interests lie in improving patient quality of life through compassionate care, medical education, and clinical leadership.

Amanda Tippin

Amanda Tippin, MHA, MAC, CHC, serves as Corporate Compliance & Privacy Officer and is responsible for general oversight of compliance teams to ensure all departments and divisions of Trustbridge comply with the rules and regulations of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as well as other regulatory agencies. Amanda serves as the point person for both internal and external interactions with State and Federal agencies (AHCA, OIG, DCF, CMS Contractors, etc.), develops corrective action plans for resolution of problematic areas and provides direction on avoidance of similar future situations.

Prior to joining Trustbridge in 2017, Amanda served as the Director of Compliance and Risk for a Medical Service Organization (MSO) where she negotiated physician contracts and maintained oversaw physician credentialing and performed monthly audits, reconciliation and fund analysis for the division.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, dual Master’s degrees in Accounting and Healthcare Administration and is certified in Healthcare Compliance.

Karen Kennedy

Vice President of Medical Access

Karen Kennedy, DO, MHA, FAAHPM

Karen Kennedy, DO, MHA, FAAHPM, holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with Honors from Eckerd College, where she was a scholarship athlete in volleyball. She attended medical school at Nova Southeastern University and completed a residency in Anesthesiology at Jackson Memorial Hospital where she also served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Kennedy is board certified in Anesthesiology and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. She holds fellow status in the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine.

She has worked as a hospice physician since joining Trustbridge in 2003.

Dr. Kennedy currently serves at the VP of Medical Access. She previously was the Chief Medical Officer for the Medicare VBID hospice pilot for United Healthcare, for Optum Hospice Guide.

Dr. Kennedy loves playing tennis, making crafts with her cricket machine, and traveling with her family. This year her family reached their goal of visiting all & continents!

Vishesh Pathak

Fellowship Program Director and Director of Medical Education

Vishesh Pathak, DO

Dr. Vishesh Pathak received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech. He attended medical school at Nova Southeastern where he received his Osteopathic Degree in Medicine. He then completed his internal medicine residency at University of Miami, JFK regional campus followed by a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine at the same program.

Dr. Pathak has been an Associate Medical Director with Trustbridge since 2017 and has been part of the core-teaching faculty since that time. He has held several academic titles including Associate Program Director for the Hospice Palliative Medicine Fellowship, Outpatient Educational Director while also serving as an Assistant Professor at FAU, University of Miami and Kiran Patel College of Medicine.

Dr. Pathak is dedicated to educating future medical professionals about the principles of hospice and palliative medicine with a focus on elder care advocacy. In his free time, Dr. Pathak enjoys spending time with his family while staying active by playing basketball and golf.
